Export booking and campaign reports

Filter Reports → Bookings by source, campaign, status, location or date, then export a CSV that matches exactly what you filtered.

Marketing Insights answers "which channel worked". Reports → Bookings (/app/reports/bookings) gives you the underlying rows — every booking with its source, campaign and attributed revenue — and lets you take them away as a CSV.

What is in the report

These fields are available as both columns and filters:

FieldWhat it tells you
SourceThe channel the booking came from, or Direct/Unknown.
CampaignThe campaign name on the tracking link.
MediumThe format within the channel, if you set one.
Tracking linkThe specific link that produced the booking.
Booking statusWhere the booking got to — see the status buckets below.
LocationWhich branch the booking is for.
Booking dateWhen the booking was made.
Service dateWhen the guest is due, or was due, to arrive.
Revenue typeWhether the revenue figure is Actual or Estimated.
Attributed revenueThe value credited to that booking.

Booking date vs service date

These answer different questions. Filter by booking date to judge a campaign — that is when the marketing did its work. Filter by service date to plan staffing and stock. Mixing them up is the most common reason two people get different totals from the same report.

Booking status buckets

StatusMeaning
CreatedA booking has been started and recorded.
ConfirmedThe booking is confirmed and expected.
CompletedThe guest arrived and the booking was fulfilled.
CancelledThe booking was cancelled.
No-showThe guest did not arrive.

Conversion rate is based on confirmed bookings; completion rate is based on completed bookings. Knowing which bucket a report is filtered to explains almost every discrepancy between two numbers that "should" match.

Export a CSV

  1. Open Reports → Bookings in the Partner Portal.
  2. Apply the filters you want — source, campaign, medium, tracking link, status, location, and your date range.
  3. Check the on-screen rows look right before you export.
  4. Export the CSV.

The export honours your active filters

The CSV contains exactly the rows your filters produced — not the whole table. If a total looks smaller than you expected, check what was still filtered when you exported.

Reports worth saving as a routine

QuestionFilters to apply
How did last month’s campaign do?Campaign = the campaign, booking date = the month, status = Confirmed and Completed.
Which channel actually brings people through the door?Group by source, status = Completed, service date = last 90 days.
Which branch is under-performing?Location filter, status = Completed, a consistent date range for each branch.
Are we losing bookings to no-shows on one channel?Source = the channel, status = No-show, compared against Confirmed for the same period.
How much of our revenue is estimated?Revenue type = Estimated, then compare the total with the unfiltered total.
Filter combinations that answer a specific question

Working with the CSV

  • Open it in any spreadsheet tool and build a pivot table on source and campaign for a quick channel summary.
  • Keep the revenue type column in any summary you share, so nobody mistakes an estimate for takings.
  • When you compare two exports, make sure both used the same date field and the same status filter.
  • Export at the same point each month if you are tracking a trend — the 30-day attribution window means late-arriving bookings keep being added to a recent period for a while.

Who can export

Owners manage campaigns, spend and average-value settings. Managers can view marketing reporting. Staff cannot see marketing data. Partners only ever see their own account’s data — no export ever contains another business’s bookings.

If a campaign is missing from your export entirely, work through Troubleshoot missing campaign attribution. For what the revenue column means, see Understand actual and estimated revenue.
